BOOKING POLICY

All services require pre-payment.

This was a decision I did not take lightly. I implemented pre-payment as a safeguard against cybercrime.
This policy also allows me to focus solely on serving clients and ensures a seamless experience when attending a session.

Debit or credit via Square are also available for your convenience if you choose to add another service to your session.
 

Virtual and in-person sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours prior to your session using the links in your confirmation email or by contacting erin@erinlove-mentor.com.
 

Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments are non-refundable. The full booking policy details are found in the Terms and Conditions you agree to at time of purchase.
