What Information I Collect

When you book a session or engage in frequency based services, I may collect personal information required for use with programs I use, such as (but not limited to) Solex AO Scan and Stan Store. This information may include:

• Full Name

• Date of Birth

• Height and Weight

• Contact information (email and/or phone number)

• Session intake details (goals, areas of focus or relevant wellness history)

• Client notes

How Your Information is Used
Your personal information is used solely to personalize your session and support your experience.

• Name, Date of Birth, Height and Weight – used to create a profile for your energetic blueprint and saved in the Solex AO Scan system.

• Name and Contact Information – used to communicate with you about your appointments or services, and for marketing purposes when you opt in, stored in Stan Store.

• Session intake details and client notes – maintained by me to track the focus of your sessions, ensuring continuity and personalization.
   

Data Storage and Security
Your contact and payment information is stored securely and accessed only by me through Stan Store, a third party platform. The AO Scan system retains your basic profile information referred to above, but it does not store your biofeedback, scan results or report data. I do not retain copies of your reports on file once they are emailed to you through the AO Scan platform. I maintain hard copy and electronic files pertaining to your sessions for reference only. Electronic files are securely stored on my personal computer that is protected with VPN and cybersecurity software.
I take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss or misuse. However, no system is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute protection. I use AO Scan technology by Solex, LLC and Stan Store for e-commerce and marketing purposes. While Solex, LLC and Stan Store provide secure systems, I am not responsible for their internal data policies.

Your Consent and Rights
By providing your information, you consent to its collection and use as described above. You have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data

• Ask for corrections or updates

• Withdraw your consent at any time (which may affect your ability to receive services)

While I take reasonable steps to safeguard your personal information, I cannot guarantee the security of data shared through digital platforms. Some services I use such as Solex, Stan Store, email providers or scheduling tools, are operated by third parties. These platforms have their own privacy practices, which I do not control. By engaging with my services, you acknowledge and accept that your data may be processed or stored by these external tools, and that digital communication may carry inherent risks.
